Flint-raised and LA-based, Wilandrea is a 2020 AFI Conservatory graduate. From her big fat Jewish/Baptist wedding to spontaneously moving to London to finding out she had a sister (surprise) at her father’s deathbed - her life has provided a wealth of story material.  

 

Wilandrea started out in broadcast news and then became an award-winning Creative Director in advertising before pursuing her dream of screenwriting.

She volunteers as a "buddy" for soccer players with disabilities, has never had coffee and fun fact - her father was her middle school sex education teacher.  She didn't choose comedy, comedy chose her.
